C.S.L Industrial Limited specialise in providing blast cleaning services and the application of protective coatings for numerous clients across varied commercial sectors. The Company is currently looking for an Industrial Spray Painter to work from the main site based in Retford, Nottinghamshire. The pay rate beyond the initial start rate is subject to relevant experience and discussion at interview stage. Main Description of role/job purpose: To work as an Industrial Spray Painter using an airless application process. Importantly, you should have experience of using fire protection epoxy paint and alkyd systems. To undertake any other duties and tasks as identified within your capabilities by the management / supervisors of the Company. This could include assistance with general housekeeping duties for the premises and yard. Key responsibilities: Ensuring works are being completed to the highest quality standards. Being continually safety aware and working to the highest safety standards. Adhering to the safe systems of work. Adhering to the agreed and set working times (not abusing break times). A flexible approach in the ability to prioritise differing activities as circumstances change. Being available for and prepared to work overtime. Abiding by all instructions issued by the company which covers quality, health & safety and environmental matters. This can be issued in the following form: verbal, written manuals, statements or forms or general notices and signs. (You may be required to sign additional forms to record the fact that you understand a particular requirement). Internal relationships: Close and effective working relationship with supervisors/managers and working colleagues. Respect and positive attitude to managers, supervisors and work colleagues. Undertaking all reasonable instructions as given by managers and supervisors immediately and unchallenged. Personal attributes: Reliable and punctual. Organised, clean and tidy in respect of work areas and premises. Take and communicate instructions / messages clearly and effectively. Flexible working. Helpful and willing attitude. Hours of work: 40 hours per week. Weekend working will be required as part of a varied work pattern.
