My responsibilities as a Sales Advisor were to process delivery which included replenishing the stock on the shop floor; back of house management to ensure that the stockroom is organised and kept tidy; carrying out till duties such as processing refunds and exchanges, placing orders;  and last but not least customer service duties on the shop floor.

As a Customer Service Officer, it was my responsibility to ensure that insurance policies were keep up to date and to inform sales agent and policy-owners alike of policies that were in danger of lapsing.  My daily duties also included premium processing, payment queries, government salary deductions and bank statement reconciliation for premium processing. In the event of lapses, I also handled reinstatement of these lapsed policies.
