This was a PPI Claims Company and the work involved ringing members of the public from an automatic dialler system, using customer service skills to quickly build good rapport with potential customers, giving accurate and appealing information with the result being a Claim Pack being sent out to the new clients. This work was heavily targeted with pay on commission only basis, creating a pressurised environment where the ability to gain trust and offer the best service was paramount for the customer to utilise this service over one of the many other companies out there all offering these services.
